In addition, she led as the Section Chief for Line and Grade in the Processing and Evaluation Division, where her expertise in engineering precision played a crucial role. Her diverse background and numerous achievements have equipped her with the skills and leadership capabilities necessary to guide her team toward continued success.

Engr. Ruel Laqui, the Assistant Building Official, has dedicated many years to serving the organization. Architect Juliet Balibalos, currently the head of the Processing and Evaluation Division, brings a wealth of experience from various roles in her career. She has served as the Section Chief of the Architectural Section, been part of the Annual Inspection Division, and started as a draftsman in the Engineering Department. Her diverse background and dedication have greatly contributed to her leadership and expertise, making her a vital asset to the organization.

Engr. Wilfred Jimenez, the head of the Enforcement and Inspection Division, is a licensed mechanical engineer with a rich background in mechanical evaluation from his time in the Processing and Evaluation Division. His ability to connect with people, combined with his wisdom gained through various life experiences, makes him an ideal leader for the division, ensuring smooth operations and effective enforcement of standards.

Engr. Jashper Masangcay is a young, passionate engineer who served in the Processing and Evaluation Division under the direct guidance of Engr. Diamela Apolinario. Engr. Mary Badillo, the head of both the Housing and Land Use Division and the Admin Division, is recognized for her fair decision-making and exceptional leadership as the Section Chief of Line and Grade under the Processing and Evaluation Division, with her multiple roles—including as Section Chief for the Sanitary/Plumbing Section—demonstrating her significant influence and contributions to the organization’s success, evidenced by her consistent recognition as Model Employee of the Year.
