CFEI ( Certificate of Electrical Inspection )
The Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) is a document issued by the Office of the Building Official after the final inspection of an electrical system in a building or structure. It certifies that the electrical work has been completed according to approved plans and complies with the National Electrical Code and local safety regulations. This certification ensures that the installation is safe for use.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
- Tax Declaration of Lot and Improvement
- Current Tax Receipt
- Building Permit / Certificate of Occupancy
- Barangay Clearance for Electrical Purposes
- Picture of Structure
- Yellow Card from MERALCO
- Electrical Plan / Load Schedule signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (P.E.E.)
- Structural Stability of Roof Trusses Certification from a Civil Engineer (For net metering/solar installations)
- Copy of PTR/PRC License of the Professional Engineer involved in the project
- ID of the Authorized Representative, if someone is securing the certificate on behalf of the applicant
